Our wedding planning packages are flexible, customizable, and built to suit your needs. We plan weddings from under 5 to 300+ guests, and will coordinate with local vendors to find the best fit for you as a couple and for the affirming and celebratory wedding planning experience you deserve.
All wedding planning packages include:

Vendor coordination, vetting, and booking, including flowers, caterers, venue, photographer, musicians/DJ, officiant (if not our own), and transportation

Thematic planning and design execution

Wedding party communication and coordination

Creation of a Wedding Checklist and Timeline

Day-of coordination + availability of a day-of event assistant (book a consultation for more information on event assistant options and requirements depending on selected package)

Management of guest list and RSVPs

Assistance with design and management of wedding website

Rehearsal coordination

A minimum of 4 in-person meetings prior to the wedding, and ongoing routine phone and email consultation

Our Day-of Coordination Packages include:
